Teige (CZ)

Teige is an alternative pop band based in Prague. Originally a trio, they have expanded into a five-piece and released their debut album květiny nonstop in autumn 2025. The record earned the Kutná Hora–born band a nomination for Discovery of the Year at the Vinyla Music Awards and received positive reviews from music critics.

In their music, Teige reflect on the transition between late adolescence and the expectations of life beyond their small hometown. Their Czech lyrics are paired with a melancholic sonic palette that blends synth textures, guitar lines, and a distinctive female vocal.
