Jay Delver (CZ)

The guy from the Bohunice housing estate, who felt like he was losing his life's path and the surrounding world was literally disappearing before his eyes - he tries to build his own, full of harmony and colors. In this space, he creates an imaginary character named Jay Delver, who becomes the subject and main hero of future musical stories.

Jakub and his vision gradually surrounded themselves with distinctive artistic personalities, each of which gave the illusory ideas more concrete outlines. After years of experimentation, the band found itself in the sound of alternative pop with a whole range of soul, funk, and rock influences, from Billy Joel through Elton John to Harry Styles.

Jay Delver has been collecting strong concert experiences in recent years - among them performances at Mendel Fest, Groove Brno, Beseda u Bigbítu, and Hradecký Slunovrat. There has also been expansion beyond the Czech Republic, specifically to the Nisville Jazz Festival in Serbia and a concert for the Czech Center in Paris, where they went thanks to winning the Jazzfruit competition.

This year, along with Jay Delver, you can look forward to performances in the forefront of the Earth, Wind, and Fire group or at the Metronome festival. Moreover, expect the release of several singles, which are already being prepared for release into the world.
