Each visitor is obliged to present to the organiser at the designated place a confirmation of a negative test for SARS-CoV-2 and/or a confirmation of completion of vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 and/or will be able to demonstrate immunity after having been exposed to SARS-CoV-2 in accordance with the current and effective legislation concerning the protection of the population against further spread of the COVID-19 disease caused by the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus (hereinafter referred to as "legislation related to the coronavirus pandemic"). The Organiser reserves the right not to admit any visitor who refuses to identify himself/herself in the above-mentioned ways to the festival grounds or other places connected with the festival grounds, e.g. tent city, car park, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "festival premises").
Visitors are required to use respiratory protective equipment (nose, mouth) in the Festival Premises if required by current and effective legislation relating to the coronavirus pandemic. The visitor acknowledges that the organiser is entitled to ask him/her, also through a third party, to put on this protective device in case of non-use. If the visitor refuses to use the above described protective equipment, the organiser reserves the right to refuse to allow such visitor to enter the festival premises or to ask him/her to leave the festival premises without any compensation from the organiser.
The visitor is also obliged to comply with other possible obligations and restrictions related to the current and effective legislation related to the coronavirus pandemic.
In the event that the Organiser is sanctioned by the relevant administrative authorities due to the Visitor's failure to comply with the applicable and effective legislation related to the coronavirus pandemic, the Organiser shall be entitled to claim damages from the Visitor.
